Job Description

• Provide legal advice on cash management products and services within the financial services sector.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to Corporate banking matters.

• Ensure compliance with UK and international regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including business and compliance teams.

• Advise on risk management strategies and help mitigate legal risks.

• Support the resolution of legal disputes and manage external counsel when required.

• Monitor legal developments and provide updates to relevant teams.

• Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives affecting the legal department.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant should have:

• Qualified solicitor status in England and Wales

• Experience in financial services, particularly in cash management or banking law.

• Strong knowledge of relevant UK and international regulations.

• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
