Job Description:
Ready Accountant Institute Pvt. Ltd., a leading training institute in Bangalore, is looking for a dynamic and confident female Tele-Caller cum Admission Counsellor to join our team in Jayanagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling tele-calling responsibilities and guiding prospective students through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our accounting and professional training courses.
Handle inbound inquiries through calls and walk-ins professionally and effectively.
Explain course details, fee structure, and admission process to interested candidates.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential admissions.
Convert inquiries into admissions through persuasive and informative conversations.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the system.
Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Female candidates only
Minimum qualification: PUC / Bachelor's Degree preferred
Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
Prior experience in tele-calling or counselling (preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Weekly Off: One weekday (to be decided)
Compensation:
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month
Incentives: ₹1,000 per admission from the 11th admission onward in a month
