Job Title: Female Telecaller
• Reports to: Sales Manager
• Summary:
• Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential customers by phone using a prepared script
- Qualify leads by asking questions about their needs and interests
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with leads to ensure they are satisfied with the sales process
- Maintain a database of leads and track progress
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services
• Qualifications:
- Female
- 1 year of experience or fresher can also apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in Day shift
