Calling Customers and Informing Them About the Company's Product/ Service, Receive Calls and Solve Queries.
• Providing customers with information on products, services & offers.
• Take calls from customers and do the outbound calling.
• Identifying customer needs.
• Taking customer calls and solving queries.
• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with Fresher to 6 Month Experience
Key Skill
• Qualification: Pursuing graduation
• Should have hands-on experience in working on Ms-Excel and Ms-Word.
Experience: Fresher to 6 month
Work location: Dcm ,Ajmer Road ,Jaipur
No. of positions: 5
Work timings: General shift; (6 days working in a week).
Salary: 10k to 15 k per month
