About the Internship:
We are looking for only female telecallers in our company (preferably someone who knows about stock market trading but is not compulsory). As a telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone. You are also responsible for solving questions regarding the product or service provided by the company. In addition, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
Key responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets to contribute to the company-level growth target
2. Develop and strengthen relationships with the team
3. Improve customer awareness about trading or anything related to finance
4. Ensure seamless delivery and adherence to sales processes with the sales and marketing team
Note: It is a 100% calling job.
Requirements:
1. Graduates and freshers with no experience are welcome, but only if they know about stock market trading and finance
2. Motivated to learn about trading & finance
3. Interested in relationship building and good communication skills
4. Basic proficiency in English apart from one other local language
