Full job description
Kelly Wearstler is seeking a talented, detail‑oriented, and self‑driven Junior FF&E Interior Designer to join our award‑winning studio. Our work spans luxury hospitality, private residential estates, and high‑end restaurants. You’ll join a highly creative, fast‑paced environment where design excellence and innovation are paramount.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to support design development.
Assist in sourcing and specifying furnishings, finishes, and materials.
Support the creation of presentations, mood boards, and FF&E documentation.
Contribute to specification books, schedules, and procurement tracking.
Assist in all phases: concept, schematic design, design development, documentation, procurement, and installation.
Requirements
1–3 years of FF&E‑focused interior design experience; exposure to luxury residential or hospitality a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Portfolio demonstrating foundational FF&E knowledge and design sensibility.
Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Enscape are a plus).
Salary range: $75K – $85K annually.
