Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for field operations and maintenance of FTTx network
2. OLT, ODN Network HOTO within SLA
3. Corrective and Preventive Maintenance
4. Plan , monitor and control spares material, TMI and Tools requirement& availability as per design norms for assigned Scope, Calibration of TMI.
5. Resolve O2A issues assigned to O&M
6. Coordination, supervision and technical support to FRT and Technician
7. Liaising with local authority/building owners etc.
8. Interface and coordination with cross functional teams (Consruction, Home Care, Business, MSP etc)
+. Material related activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Hands on experience of Splicing, OTDR, LSPM and cable locator
2. Fiber Network O&M Experience
3. O&M of Transmission/IP Network equipments
4. Good Knowledge of Fiber Optics communication
5. Basic knowledge of Transmission/DLC/OLT equipment's
6. Good communication Skill
7. Analytical and problem solving skill #LI-SH1
Salary : ₹ 2,50,000 -4,00,000 P.A.
