A little about the position:
Job Summary:
The Fiberglass Pool Mold Prep/Technician position is responsible for maintaining & refurbishing molds in accordance with SOPs, ensuring Production readiness. Starting pay is $22.56 per hour.
Some of What You Will Do:
Understand & know how to use MSDSs.
Learn small cosmetic repairs initially, enhancing your skill set to large repairs.
Gain knowledge on how to maintain & repair mold floor texture.
Follow initiator catalyst chart for proper curing.
Assist with leveling out of molds.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
Experience using various hand tools.
Ability to problem solve, effectively evaluating a difficult problem & come to resolution using relative work knowledge.
Ability to stand for prolonged times as well as frequent bending, reaching, stooping, overhead work and lifting up to forty (40) pounds.
Must be able to work overtime, including some Saturdays.
Ability to work in a safe manner utilizing PPE as required.
