Job Description
As a Fidessa Developer in our Trading & Execution Services team, you will gain in depth knowledge of Capital Markets, establish strong partnerships with business units and technologists around the world, and develop your skills by providing creative, technical solutions to solve complex business issues within Equities Technology.
In this job role, you would work on detailed technical design and development of Fidessa applications, apply experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practice to perform a variety of assignments.
What will you do?
Design and development of cash equities business requirements on the Fidessa order management system
Work closely with regional and global business sponsors to understand their requirements and architect, design and execute technical solutions
Collaborate with regional and global team members to form high quality solutions
Provide guidance and mentoring for new team members as necessary
Identify business, technology and people risks. Identify solutions or mitigating controls
Assist with 3rd line support as required
