If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Field Application Engineering Team Lead at IMS Nanofabrication's Hillsboro, OR location. At IMS Nanofabrication, we are embarking on a journey to bolster our service capabilities in the USA. As a Field Application Engineering Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in becoming a member of a team of highly motivated engineers and ensuring a seamless interface with our local customers and our headquarters in Vienna. Your contributions as part of the engineering team will shape the future success of IMS USA.
Your Responsibilities:
Working with the field service engineering teams, identify root cause of customer issues that may involve expertise in multiple domains including – but not limited to – charged particle physics, vacuum system, High Voltage systems, and high-volume semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Coding literacy with a focus on data analysis in a rapidly moving and complex environment.
Fine attention to detail that can be maintained over long periods of time. Many operations require hours of detailed and complicated work with the backdrop of a high volume, high cost environment.
Mentoring, developing, and overseeing individuals with similar skills in an environment where technical prowess is highly valued.
Your Qualifications:
You have, at a minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline or physics.
3 Years of Field Application experience.
At least 3 – and preferably 5-years of customer-facing experience and good written and verbal communication skills.
You exhibit good problem-solving skills.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy being part of and integrating with a global team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $186,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
Develop an ecosystem strategy and methodology to align the partners to the customer opportunities and workloads. Ensure alignment of this strategy both with field sales teams and regional partner management.
Enhance accountability for partner sourced pipeline, pipeline growth, and last-mile execution, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) hygiene.
Drive local field enablement and activation of the partner ecosystem to align to industry and segment specific go-to-market strategies and solutions.
Contribute to joint field and partner account and territory planning, serve as the subject matter expert to field sales and go-to-market teams on the local partner ecosystem and capabilities.
Coordinate demand generation activities with partners through events and campaigns with an industry-focused plan in coordination with partner marketing and sales teams.
