Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Assistant at Svamaan Financial Services. The Field Assistant will be responsible for tasks related to field operations, client interactions, data collection, and supporting the implementation of financial inclusion programs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a field-based role

• Data collection and analytical skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Knowledge of financial services and products

• Experience in microfinance or banking is advantageous

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
