About The Role
At STC you will have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals who specialise in electioneering and campaigning. It will provide you with a platform to engage with top political leaders on state level and a community of enthusiastic and like-minded citizens.
We are looking for intelligent and diligent individuals who will assist us with on-ground implementation of our project. You will be responsible for last mile execution and will have to interact with people from different socio-economic strata to understand the issues and collect the aspirations of the people.
This is a field position having extensive travel. You will be responsible for liaising with various stakeholders and would be involved in building and managing teams of volunteers.
What will you do as a Field Associate at STC?
● Understand the pulse of the people
○ Interacting with influencers and stakeholders
○ On-ground research on politico-socio-economic agendas pertaining to the elections
○ On-ground execution of campaigns
○ Travel extensively for on-ground surveys & projects
○ Prepare reports based on ground intelligence, insights, retrospective electoral data, leader analysis and perception
Requirements:
● Experience in Political background is must
● Keen to create a social impact
● Adept at taking up challenges
● Dynamic and adventurous
● Encouraged by ideation, teamwork and commitment
● Open to travel and working in a 24/7 environment
● Must have a bike and a laptop
Note: Candidate must speak Marathi language fluently.
Candidate must be willing to shift anywhere in Maharashtra.
