Key Responsibilities-
• TerritoryleveldetailingDeliverables Prescriptions,HCPCoverage&HCPengagementbyjointlyworkingwiththeHRAs.
• HCPCoverage-650to1320
• ChemistCoverage-+00to1200
• TerritorylevelbusinessdeliveryfromJohnsonbaby&AveenoRange
• ToworkcloselywithCDteam toensurechemistservicing&POBsexecution.
• ExecutingHCPActivityEngagementPlan withthehelpofActivation Managers
• Owningupkeycoredoctors’ relationshipinhisterritory
• Ensuringtimelye-reportingisdonebyHRA’s.
• EnsuringcompliantprocessesarefollowedbyHRAswhiledetailing.
• Mentoring&TrainingHRAsondetailingpractices
• ReviewingMCLList&CoreChemistslistonaregularfrequency
• LeadingoutsourcedHRAs
• Ensuringcomplianceatthegroundlevel&EnsuringHRA’sareregularlytrained.
• Firstlevelofteammanagement.DirectlyresponsibleforhandlingOutsourcedHRAs
• This is a 1st line position with 7 MSRs in the team. Extensive travelling across Mumbai.
Education- BSc/BPharm
ExperienceandSkills-
• Min6YearsinaPharmaMNCwithmin 2years aspeoplemanager
• Consistent record on Business delivery
• Known to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Skill’s.
• Successful new product launch experiences.
• Good Analytical ability
• Exposure in digital framework for reporting business review formats etc.
• Experience conducting scientific Continuous Medical Education
