Recruitment of riders for Grocery / Food / Kirana Stores (Hyperlocal) and Ecommerce business
Sourcing of riders through different channels like Database, Mobilization amp; recruitment camps etc.
Represent the company to the customer or Rider partners with responsibility, politeness amp; integrity
Onboard amp; train riders into the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to fix any escalation from riders with regards to activation
Preferred Competencies:
Mass recruitment; Blue collar hiring
Coordination and persuasive skills
On Field Sales / marketing
Good communication; Knowledge of vernacular is a must
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
Education PUC/Diploma/Degree / Diploma Preferred
Age 1+ to 35 years preferred
Ownership Android phone + Own Bike or Scooter
Functional Regional language (Ability to speak amp; read) is a must
Functional English (Ability to speak amp; read) is preferred
Mass recruitment of delivery partners/field executives Min 1 year of work experience is preferred.
