Cash/ Cheque Collection from the Field from Loanee.
To ensure recovery as per the assigned KRAs
Proactive in coming up with suggestion in policy changes on collections.
Maintaining proper Feedbacks of each contract and provides the same as and when requested.
Maintain MIS of recoveries done and their month/quarter/year end status
Ensure adherence to SOP.
To adhere to the NBFC processes and procedures
To adhere to Collection audit requirement
Bike is must
Have permanent Own Residence
Communication (Bengali & Hindi) skill is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
