Responsibilities
• Visit assigned locations to collect overdue payments from customers.
• Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with customers, if necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and payments received.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment.
• Resolve any payment disputes or issues with customers.
• Coordinate with the accounts department to reconcile collections.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding collections.
Requirements
