Candidate requirements:
We are looking to hire a candidate for the position of Fellow under ConveGenius’ “Bharat Edtech Initiative PAL Gujarat Program. Fellow would need to fulfil the following requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Comfort and experience with daily travel and field visits to schools and communities.
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders in the government education system and related communities.
Solution-oriented, with the ability to use data to guide decision-making.
Highly proficient in written and spoken Gujarati communication. Functional proficiency in written and spoken Hindi.
Basic proficiency in the usage of G suite (Google Calendar, Google forms, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Candidates with regular access to a PC or Laptop are preferred.
Candidates who own a means of transport are preferred.
Key activities:
Ensuring fulfilment of target-based student engagement and learning with the ConveGenius learning platform.
Problem-solve with stakeholders to ensure that the program runs smoothly every day.
Active management of relationships with key stakeholders (BRCs,CRCs, Principals, teachers, students, parents, community leaders and members)
Liasoning with officials to ensure awareness and support for the program.
Effectively planning days and weeks to ensure that targets are achieved.
Timely and accurate reporting as per program requirements.
Telugu language is mandatory
