Desired Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, preferably in asthma or respiratory care.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 1 yr experience
Familiarity with patient education and community outreach initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Visit hospitals, meet doctors, patients, patient coordination.
Enroll patients to the patient support program by collecting required documents from them.
Management of patients in the given geography by maintaining constant communication, send reminders for next drug cycle, collection and submission of documents on time
Keeping patients informed about schemes, document requirements, Value added services
Patient Navigator for Respiratory Care is responsible for providing personalized guidance.
Support to patients diagnosed with respiratory conditions, ensuring they receive appropriate care, education, and resources.
