What You’ll Do
Install Temporary Fence across Perth for Residential and Civil Construction and Events across Perth Region
Lead and manage crews on-site, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch results in a safe manner.
Represent All Fence U Rent with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Ensure all equipment and paperwork are correctly supplied.
Check daily run and make sure all equipment and paperwork are correctly supplied.
Manage and lead the temporary fence installer team on site, ensuring jobs are installed to company standards and client requirements.
Oversee site activities, resolve issues, and maintain strong communication with clients and operations.
Complete job sheets, manage stock counts, and document all site activities with photos and signatures.
Train and mentor new team members, ensuring high standards and safe practices.

What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Previous experience in the temporary fencing, building, or construction industry preferred.
Ability to perform manual Labour Setting up Temporary Fence.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple crews.
Knowledge of safety protocols and site compliance.
White card and relevant inductions required.
HR manual license preferred
Forklift ticket (optional)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple crews and optimise site logistics.
