Qualifications
Demonstrating strong logical thinking and an ability to solve complex technical problems and communicate in an understandable and convincing manner, coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of standard unit operations in ethanol and grain milling
Understanding current process limitations within the industry and developing easily implementable solutions, showing a business understanding of how the science will impact economic factors for Novonesis and our customers
Hold a minimum of a BS degree in Engineering and +12 years of relevant experience in the bioenergy/grain milling/agricultural industry
Possess a solid science background, including engineering, data analysis and fermentation
An ideal candidate will have both comprehensive knowledge of the bioenergy or grain milling industry and a history of developing innovative engineering solutions
Ability to travel approximately 50%
The job level can potentially be adjusted to accommodate applicants with significantly more experience

Join Us As Our New Field Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and personable candidate to join our Biofuels Technical Service team. You will work with our customers at ethanol plants across the US to learn their processes, understand their challenges, and deliver products and services from Novonesis’ wide portfolio.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

To Succeed You Must Hold
