Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Field Engineers/Leads located in Pune. The role involves providing technical field services, troubleshooting system issues, offering technical support, and ensuring successful project execution. Day-to-day tasks include conducting diagnostics, supporting automation systems, engaging in client interactions, and contributing to system integration efforts. Candidates will also be responsible for maintaining strong communication with the team and adhering to project timelines while ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to ensure seamless functionality of systems
• Experience in Field Service and hands-on expertise with automation, integration, and data systems
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Basic understanding of Project Management principles for planning and executing tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field preferred, with 0-5 years of experience
• Familiarity with technologies such as PLC, DCS, SCADA systems, and OSISoft PI solutions is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
