Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce
Required Skills:
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent presentational skills and be able to explain complex ideas in an easy-to-understand way for the benefit of customers
• Basic knowledge of MS-Office
• Must be a Hustler and Team Player
Roles and responsibilities:
● Onboarding of key customers of assigned area across categories - F&B, Retail, Hotels&Resorts, Parks etc.
● Account Management of previous onboarded merchants and solve the issues.
● Addressing internal queries, data requirements and escalations regarding customers.
● Improve Brand Awareness and ensure Expansion.
Experience Preferred:
● Bachelor's degree in any discipline
● Required Skills: Time Management, Strong Communication and Organization Skills
