• Making sure to stay in touch with current customers to keep our business active.
• Outlining and discussing viable solutions with clients.
• Encouraging customers to upgrade their current situation and explain our services.
• Resolving client issues in a timely and competent manner.
• Making the most of interpersonal connections within the company to increase profitability and better serve clients
• Finance & Banking related experience for more than 1 year.
• Fluent in English & Tamil (Mandatory).
• Work from Office only should have bike.
