Job Description
Field Executive role involves on-ground tasks like customer visits, sales, data collection, and support, requiring travel and independence, with core duties including new business development, relationship building, meeting targets, reporting, and administrative follow-ups for specific territories or projects, bridging company operations with clients/sites. Core Responsibilities
• Sales & Business Development: Identify leads, conduct product demos, negotiate deals, close sales, and meet targets in a designated territory.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide support, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Field Operations: Perform site visits, data collection (surveys, market research), and implement projects on the ground.
• Reporting & Admin: Maintain CRM/databases, report on activities/sales, manage records, and coordinate with back-office teams.
Key Skills & Requirements
• Communication: Strong verbal and negotiation skills.
• Independence: Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Technical: Proficiency with CRM software (like Salesforce) and general computer use.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Target-Oriented: Proven ability to achieve sales/performance goals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
