Job Description:
● A Field Operator will be meeting existing clients in their locations and increase the app
download in that society.
● Approaching the residents through door knocks and increasing the app download in that
society.
● Meeting existing client

● Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
● In order to increase the download of app, they should conduct various activities like
meeting residents door to door, canopy, sitting/meeting security guards at regular intervals.
Desired Candidate’s Profile:
● English + Regional language is must, Thoda english is sufficient
● DL + bike is mandatory for male employees, should know riding.
● For females they can manage in public transport except Hyderabad and Pune.
● Educational Background - 12 is mandatory
● Report once in a week to office and everyday on site
● Mandatory Travelling, proper field job
● Door to Door work in the society and pitch for downloading NBH app (Training will be given
internally)
● Age Criteria below 33 years
● + Hours of work/day, 6 days working and one fixed week off
● 35 - 40 kms of daily travelling
● Area/locality will be given by NobrokerHood.
● Should be comfortable to work on weekends, with a week off in between Mon-Thursday.
