Show properties to potential tenants, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
• Inspection of the property
• To super wise the work need to be done in apartment
• Coordinating tenant to move in/ move out from the property
• Addressing tenant and owner issues if anything arises
• Getting the documents signed from tenants and owners
• Two Wheeler & Driving License Mandatory
