Responsibilities
A Field Executive is responsible for carrying out various tasks outside the office premises on behalf of the organization. The specific responsibilities may vary depending on the industry and company, but generally, the role involves the following:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and address any concerns or issues they may have.
Sales and Marketing Activities: Promote products or services to potential customers, generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate sales agreements.
Field Operations: Conduct on-site visits to clients, provide support, and resolve any operational issues. Ensure that all services are delivered according to company standards and client expectations.
Market Research: Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the management team regarding competitors, customer preferences, and emerging trends.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of field activities, sales transactions, and customer interactions. Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
