Field HR Specialist
Job Description:
Provide integrated and end to end Human Resources services to appropriate groups ensuring that people-related issues are managed effectively. Act as primary connection for the employees across GUs and serve as a local liaison to HR functions and service organizations
Work with the GU CoE Interlock process owners to improve the end to end HR delivery processes
Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals in the GU
Resolve any escalated issues and risks
Work closely with the GU People Programs Lead on programs and initiatives which are cross-DTE and with the People Advisor team to ensure that processes and programs and driven out and implemented on the ground within the respective project sites
Develop and/or implement an HR Innovation GCP strategy & future landscape
Prioritize basis leadership direction on business priorities and ground up innovation ideas from cross functional stakeholders.
Work with stakeholders to leverage technology and innovation ecosystem partnerships to ensure that processes and programs and driven out and implemented on the ground within the respective project sites
Build a strategic business cases to expand GCP footprint which is both cost competitive and has Employee value propositions
Architect the employee experience along with tech user experience teams using human centered approach, co creating with stakeholders
Proactively monitor personnel issues or situations
Establish self as expert
Key skills required:

Strong Strategic & Business Acumen
Savviness of understanding of Current & Future Industry Trends
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a large matrixed organization
