Role: Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and campaigns
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Marathi and Hindi languages
Fair and decent looking personality
