As a Field Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in our mission to support local artisans, small businesses and clusters across Odisha. Your primary responsibility will be to visit artisans, small businesses and clusters to foster relationships, provide assistance, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Your efforts will directly contribute to lead generation and App growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Visit Planning: You will be responsible for planning and scheduling market visits to identify potential artisans and clusters. Your goal is to generate leads and expand our network in Odisha.
2. App Onboarding: Your role involves meeting platform onboarding targets. This includes the enrollment of artisans, small businesses and clusters onto our App, ensuring their profiles are complete, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
3. Issue Resolution: Visiting existing artisans is a crucial part of your job. You will be expected to meet with them regularly to understand their needs, address any issues they may have, and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of Graduation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and execute market visits effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address artisans' concerns and issues.
- Knowledge of the local artisan and cluster landscape in Odisha is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work independently.
