Our multidisciplinary team of experts offers a range of services, including psychiatric care, therapy, psychometric assessments, and community support programs. About the Role
Children First is looking for a proactive Engagement and Outreach Manager to connect with healthcare practitioners, particularly pediatricians, and establish a robust network for referrals in Delhi and Gurgaon. Reporting to the National Engagement Mangaer, this role is crucial for driving patient engagement and building community relationships, especially in the context of children's mental health.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with Pediatricians and Healthcare Practitioners: Establish a strong network for referrals by building & maintaining relationships with local pediatricians and other healthcare professionals.
• On-Ground Activation: Implement on-ground initiatives to enhance OPD engagement & drive footfall at our clinics.
• Propagate & Enroll Doctors for Certification Programs: Promote and enroll doctors in CF's certification programs across cities where our clinics are present.
• Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with the Customer Service, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure the effective updating of doctor-led platforms like Practo.
• Engage in School Activations: Organize mental health awareness programs and activities in schools to educate students, parents, and educators about mental health resources and support.
• Building Brand Presence: Building CF's presence in the medical communities & participating in local medical events
Skills & Qualifications
• MBA in Marketing or MBA in Healthcare Management
• 6-10 years of experience in healthcare engagement, community outreach, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with pediatricians and healthcare practitioners.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and referral networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience in organizing events and educational programs for healthcare professionals and schools.
