About Energy Systems

We help customers navigate the complex transition to a decarbonized and more sustainable energy future. We do this by assuring that energy systems work safely and effectively, using solutions that are increasingly digital. We also help industries and governments to navigate the many complex, interrelated transitions taking place globally and regionally, in the energy industry.

About The Role

DNV is seeking a dynamic field marketing manager with a robust background in omni-channel marketing design, digital advertising, and content management to join our UK&I Energy Systems Marketing, Communication, and Public Affairs (MCP) team. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting comprehensive stakeholder journeys that span internal, external, and public affairs domains, and possess significant experience in managing thought leadership, executive profiles, internal communications, and award submissions.

As the Field Marketing Manager, your mission will be to enhance DNV's standing as a trusted thought leader and catalyst for industry transformation in the energy transition. You will be pivotal in building the brand to stimulate demand across both established and emerging energy markets, while fostering critical relationships with policymakers and industry stakeholders.

To support Energy Systems in achieving its strategic goals and advancing towards a future-ready state, we need Marketing, Communications, and Public Affairs experts who can meet stakeholder expectations and cultivate a globally consistent premium brand for DNV in the energy sector.

In this capacity, the MCP team is on the lookout for a specialist in digital advertising and content management to join Field Marketing for UK&I, with a view to driving the growth of Energy Systems. The successful candidate will be the go-to person for Market Area Managers (MAM) and Key Account Managers (KAM) on all MCP-related issues, and will be an integral member of both the Regional MCP team and the Global MCP function.

Operating within a matrix structure, you will report to the MCP Business Partner for the UK&I region and collaborate closely with one other field marketing manager from the region. In this role, you will deliver top-tier marketing services to the commercial teams within a designated geography and key account managers. Aligning with business priorities and enhancing customer experience is crucial. You will play a key role in bridging regional advisory & verification, global business units, ventures, and growth segments, planning and executing projects locally or through the Global Expertise and Service Centre, and maintaining close coordination with the global MCP team.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Development and Campaign Implementation:
• Collaborate with the MCP Business Partner to develop the MCP strategy and annual initiatives & tactics plan.
• Take full ownership of UK thought leadership content, executive profiling, internal communications, and award entries.
• Localise global content and inspire UK brand ambassadors.
• Support executive profiling initiatives, including preparing key messages for presentations and parliamentary roundtables.
• Implement lead-generating marketing plans using customer personas to create optimal customer journeys.
• Co-produce content with customers while maintaining brand objectivity.
• Brief and manage internal and external agency partners for executing multi-point digital marketing and public relations campaigns.
• Develop effective email marketing strategies and nurture cycles.
• Lead search engine optimization and linkage strategy for UK&I.
