Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Marketing Executive to strengthen our on-ground marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing field activities, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility through direct engagement with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
Identify and approach potential customers through on-ground activities.
Generate qualified leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and local partners.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Track daily activities and share performance reports
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in field marketing or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good knowledge of local market dynamics in Mumbai.
Presentable and confident personality.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in lead generation and B2C/B2B interactions.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
Ability to handle multiple locations and field visits efficiently.
