RESPONSIBLITIES:
• He is responsible to Manage Team of 8 to 15.
• Should be Disciplinarian and responsible for Team punctuality at all field/office meeting.
• He is responsible for Achieving 100% Branch Sales Budgets.
• He Need to Maintain 100% Unroll and min of +0% Operative.
• He needs to validate all Demo's /Presentations ( thru live voice) done by Team members on daily basis.
• He is responsible to Train his Team members on field and Role plays – on selling skills / objection handling etc.
