The Opportunity:
As a Field Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of field employees and Service Partners, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of services across metering operations. You'll play a key role in planning, performance monitoring, logistics, and driving improvements—all while promoting a positive work culture and meeting client expectations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in delivering results. You’ll be on the move, liaising with teams, managing workloads, and making sure safety and service standards are met all while adhering to and driving “The Downer Standard”
About You:
Prior experience in metering or utilities (preferred)
Strong people management skills and supervisory experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Able to manage time, workload, and multiple tasks with calm and confidence
Tech-savvy, with intermediate to advanced computer skills
Ability to motivate, guide, and support staff effectively
Comfortable working outdoors and travelling between sites
