This role will involve providing technical support during installation, resolving problems, and performing maintenance tasks. As a Field Operations Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of £31,000 per annum. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, covering the Kent area. We require a highly skilled individual who can work independently with minimal supervision, possessing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
• Install and configure products at customer sites.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal product performance.
• Use company-provided vehicles to travel to customer sites within the Kent region and occasionally beyond.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide timely updates to management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a field service or IT support role. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also essential.
