Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role located in Faridabad for a Field Recruiter at Delhivery. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various logistics and operational roles. The recruiter will coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, design and implement recruitment strategies, attend job fairs, and build a network of potential candidates. Additionally, the recruiter will ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws while maintaining accurate recruitment records.
Qualifications
