Role Description

We are seeking a Field Recruitment Executive to source and mobilise blue-collar manpower, including fitters, welders, gas cutters, riggers, helpers, and other site-based workers. The ideal candidate must have strong field networking, vendor coordination, and mobilisation experience across India, especially from low-cost labour zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source skilled and semi-skilled labourers from across India through:

• Local labour contractors

• ITIs/Polytechnic colleges

• Skill development centres

• Regional labour markets

• Screen and verify candidates for skills, certifications, and medical fitness.

• Negotiate wages and ensure cost-effective sourcing of manpower.

• Coordinate trade tests, client interviews, and site mobilisation.

• Develop and maintain a strong database of workers for quick deployment.

• Build a reliable agent/vendor network in labour-rich states (Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, UP, etc.).

• Maintain documentation and ensure smooth onboarding at project sites.

• Conduct field visits to labour-supplying regions regularly.

• Resolve worker issues related to attendance, performance, or grievances in coordination with the HR and site teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment or manpower mobilisation.

• Good contacts with labour contractors, ITIs, and regional recruiters.

• Willingness to travel frequently and work on tight timelines.

• Basic knowledge of trade skills (fitting, welding, etc.) is a plus.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.

• Language: Hindi is a must; knowledge of Bengali/Odia/Bhojpuri is an added advantage.

• Preferably from HR, Industrial Relations, or a Technical background
