About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Support in the timely deployment of our Sleepiz device inclusive of its set-up 2. Meet and interact with healthcare professionals to provide product information and/or live demonstrations 3. Provide, monitor, and demonstrate the instructions for use-related support to ensure doctors, nurses, frontline workers, and patients understand the correct use of our device 4. Monitor our device to make sure performance is in alignment with expectations and patients' data is being accurately captured 5. Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical customer support 6. Communicate and collaborate with team members and health care practitioners on patient progress including flagging critical situations 7. Provide real-time assessment of on-ground activities 8. Read and research articles to stay current with medical updates and utilize this knowledge to provide better insights Skill(s) required Client Relationship Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: are available for full time (in-office) internship are from Ahmedabad have relevant skills and interests Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
