Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area for a Field Sales Engineer. The Field Sales Engineer will manage customer relationships, promote products, and provide technical solutions tailored to client needs in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, preparing proposals, conducting technical consultations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will contribute to meeting sales targets, maintaining key accounts, and ensuring the effective delivery of services.
Qualifications
• Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales, with a strong focus on building client relationships and presenting tailored solutions
• Proven expertise in Sales Management and Account Management, with skills in planning and executing sales strategies
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering or related technical expertise in industrial products and solutions
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment, with a focus on achieving sales goals
• Relevant degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is an advantage
