We are urgently hiring for Field sales Executive and Sales associate profile for Pan India location
Company- Paytm
Job profile- Sales Executive/sales associate
Experience- 0-3 years( Freshers can also apply)
Role and Responsibilities:
Understand products and services offered by Paytm Pay and be able to train Merchants on same.
Identify and convince new Merchants to adopt Paytm Scan-Pay services.
Ensure that Merchants have required documentation and are trained as per Paytm Pay systems.
Support Merchants by helping them on various Paytm process and policies
Own and manage integration of portfolio of Merchants being launched.
Track and monitor performance of Merchants on a day to day basis.
Launch high number of Merchant every day as daily and weekly goals.
Prior Experience and skills:
At least 0-24 months of experience in field sales
Bachelor's degree required.
Passion for e-commerce is required.
Experience in scan and pay or online wallet business is preferred
Basic understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with Merchants.
