We need Field Sales Executive to work on HPCL Lube Project.
Designation – Sales Executive
Company Name - HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Pvt Ltd)
Payroll – Tristar Management Services Pvt Ltd
Qualification: Graduation
Experience – Min 1yrs Sales & Marketing experience
CTC – 18k Fixed Salary (Including TA) + 7000 Variable p.m (as per HPCL Approval)
Location –Madurai, Tamil Nadu
Scope of Work:
Ø To generate new leads for enrolment of new retailers.
Ø Market Mapping activity of executives will be planned in consultation with LSO (Local Serving Office) /LD (Liquidated Damages)
Ø Target should be to convert those retailers who are not purchasing product from HPCL.
Ø Performance of Executives to be monitored on daily basis by LSO.
Ø Focus area is to map new volumes.
Ø Data generation and analysis.
Ø To carry out Instore Activation for promotion of HP Lubricants.
Ø To generate and drive the demand of HP Lubricant grades among the mechanics.
Ø To educate and activate mechanics about the various programs currently launched by HPCL and new upcoming programs.
