Position: - Field Sales Executive
Reporting to: - Director of the company.
Experience: - 1 year to 4 years.
Education: - HSC / Graduate / Postgraduate, Any Specialization, Marketing.
Skills: - Distributor Sales, Sales Promotion, Field Sales, Product Launch.
Note: - Must have a two wheeler and a valid driving License.
Responsibilities:-
• Meeting new clients virtually or during sales visits.
• Demonstrating and presenting the company's products.
• Build good relationships with existing customers.
• Cultivate new leads within the sales territory.
• Negotiating contracts and packages.
• Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
• Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
• Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
• Working towards monthly or annual targets.
Key skills for Sales Executive:-
• Self-motivated and driven by targets.
• Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.
• The ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
• Commercial awareness.
• Numerical skills.
• Ready to Travel.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
Benefits:-
• Weekly off Sunday.
• Office Timing: Day, +:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Salary from Rs. 1.80 LPA to Rs. 3.00 LPA + Incentive + Travel Allowance.
