Roles and Responsibilities
Ownership of targets
Ensure productivity of the SALES
Support the RTL in achieving the targets
monitor and achieve targets
identify and pass leads to TSA for potential buyers in their respective regions
Plan forward on both Supply and Demand necessary to achieve targets
Report on a quarterly, monthly and daily basis progress against targets
Build and nurture relationship with key buyers in their regions
Work with the broader team to resolve buyer complaints
Encourage buyers to bid on the platform
Educate and sell the Blubirch value proposition to buyers
Required
1)Need experienced candidates in - Consumer electronic sales, IT hardware sales ( Laptop, Mobile, tab), Home appliances sales, footwear or fashion sales.
Education Qualification - 2nd PUC or Any Graduate
Should Know Hindi and English ( Mandatory)
Should be in direct sales
Should be experienced in channel sales, dealer sales, b2b sales, distributor sales, retail sales etc
