Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to join our team as an Offline Field Sales Representative in the dairy industry. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in designated territories. Your primary focus will be on selling dairy products directly to retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors. Also, able to perform exhibitions and events at various locations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers, such as grocery stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide product knowledge and training to customers to enhance their understanding of dairy products and their benefits.
Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment and customer support.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback, to the sales manager.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including new products, pricing, and market conditions, to effectively communicate and promote product offerings.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the dairy industry or related FMCG sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
Should have own vehicle and valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
