Qualification: Graduate
Age: 21 to 38 years
Experience: Min.2 Years of experience as Sales / Marketing (Relieving Letter / Resignation acceptance mail mandatory)
Should have good communication skill in English & Hindi
Role & Responsibility
:- Recruitment agent and management of agency channel team members
.- Training, motivating and development of team members
.- Organizing sales visits Demonstrating and presenting products
- Maintaining accurate records- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
.- Sourcing business to active them to grow their career
.- Motivating and servicing existing agents to develop their business
.- All new agents to issue portal issuable policies through portal
.- Continuous training to be arranged to increase the productivity of the IMD
