Position: - Senior Sales Executive (Field Sales)
Experience: -1 - 4 years.
Education: - Any Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA/PGDM in Specialization, Marketing.
Salary: - Rs. 2.00 to 3.00 L.P.A. + (Incentive+Travel Allowance)
Skills: - Toys Distributor, FMCG Sales, Field Sales etc
Age Limit: - Max till 35 years.
Note: - Locals Preferred.
Job Description
• Demonstrating products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
• Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation
• Responsible for appointing distributors, managing & supervising distribution network through distributors.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention
• Must have experience of B2B portals like (Indiamart, Udaan etc).
• Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned area.
• Any Graduate / MBA Marketing with Min. 2 to 4 years of experience in the FMCG Industry / Toy Sale Industry requires.
Required Candidate profile
• Working knowledge of Field sales is a must.
• Ability to sell into multiple levels of customers, across multiple product lines.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned area.
• Will be responsible for New Product Launches, Distribution & Visibility.
• Ready to Travel.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Must have minimum 2 Years of experience in Toys or FMCG Sales, Any other sales.
• Willingness to travel: 75%
