Organization: Sintex BAPL LimitedJob Responsibilities·

Handling secondary sales through Retailers.·

Travel throughout the assigned territory and visit the retailers on a recurring basis as per the Beat Plan.·

Contacting potential and existing retailers over phone, by email, and in person.· Generating Enquiries from the Market and converting into sales.·

Explaining Secondary sales scheme to Retailers·

Showing products to retailers & educating them about features and Benefits.

· Managing the sales process through specific software programs i.e. Super Sales.

· Maintain records of all Sales leads and customer accounts in DMS.· Handling retailers' questions, inquiries, and complaints.

Fill Questionnaires in Supesales for each retailer and Take feedback from retailers and share it with support teams.

Planning for Secondary sales target achievement (Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly and Daily).· Monitor the industry competitors, new product and market conditions.

Participating in sales team meetings.· Preparing monthly report to tracker the progress·

Must possess 2 wheeler.· Must be willing to travel extensively.· Must be Well Groomed and Presentable.
