• Submit work to the next level hierarchy for input and approval.
• Generate leads and identify potential clients & property owners through networking, referrals, and online sources.
• Meet with clients & property owners to discuss their real estate needs and requirements.
• Review properties of clients and collect all the information, the features and benefits of each property.
• Capable of working in Land acquisition and Property management.
• Work with clients to develop a customized plan that meets their specific needs and goals.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare offers, and guide clients & property owners through the closing process.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients & property owners to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with other professionals and stay current with industry news and trends.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Vehicles are mandatory.
Skills
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Proficiency in Hindi & English
• Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• High school degree
