We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Medical Representative to join our team at HIIMS Premier, a leading Ayurveda and Naturopathy hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our hospital's services and enrolling chemists and medical professionals into our referral program. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a passion for Ayurveda and Naturopathy.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve enrollment targets for the referral program.
• Identify, qualify, and build strong relationships with chemists and medical professionals in the target market.
• Conduct regular visits to chemists and medical professionals to promote HIIMS Premier's services and benefits.
• Educate chemists and medical professionals about Ayurveda and Naturopathy treatments and their advantages.
• Enroll chemists and medical professionals into the referral program and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results.
• Attend industry conferences and events to generate leads and build relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proven experience as a medical representative in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Ayurveda and Naturopathy market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Results-oriented with a strong sales track record.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
Desired Skills
• Proficiency in local languages (if applicable).
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
